1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NPM.GURU services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Our services are provided 'as is'. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate our Acceptable Use Policy, including activities like crypto mining, DDoS attacks, or hosting illegal content.

By creating an account or deploying a virtual server, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms in their entirety.

2. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

To maintain high service quality and legal compliance, the following activities are strictly prohibited on NPM.GURU infrastructure:

Cryptocurrency Mining

DDoS or Network Attacks

Hosting Illegal Content

Email Spamming (Port 25 blocked)

Botnets or Malware Hosting

Violation of the AUP may lead to immediate account suspension without prior notice and forfeiture of any remaining credits.

3. Billing, Credits & Cancellation

Our billing model is based on a prepaid credit system designed for flexibility:

Prepaid Model

You purchase credits via Stripe or Crypto. These credits are stored in your wallet and deducted based on your active server plans.

Immediate Stop

When you delete a VM, billing stops instantly. Remaining credits stay in your account and never expire.

4. Limitation of Liability

NPM.GURU shall not be liable for any data loss, service interruptions, or indirect damages resulting from the use of our infrastructure. Users are responsible for maintaining their own backups and securing their virtual instances (SSH keys, firewalls, software updates).
