Refund Overview
Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent. In compliance with Paddle's requirements, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all credit purchases. If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, provided the credits have not been used to deploy virtual machines. Credits that have been allocated to active VPS instances are non-refundable.

In compliance with Paddle requirements, you may request a full refund for unused credits within 14 days of purchase. No questions asked.
Used Credits
Once credits are used to deploy a virtual machine, they become non-refundable as resources have been allocated.
Specific Scenarios
- Service Downtime: If you experience significant service interruptions exceeding our SLA, you may be eligible for service credits or partial refunds.
- Account Suspension: If your account is suspended due to violations of our AUP (e.g., mining, illegal content), you will not be eligible for any refunds.
To request a refund, please open a billing ticket through your dashboard. Our support team typically processes requests within 1-3 business days.
